If the added time of getting to a Yoga class, is stopping you from going, or if you simply feel more comfortable, in the privacy of your own home, then these classes are for you.
Held via Zoom, these classes mean you can just roll out your mat, and arrive in Class.
I believe that the beautiful practice of Yoga should feel completely accessible and inclusive to all, never to feel exclusive or elite.
It's super important to me to create safe and loving spaces, free from judgement, a Sanctuary, a place where we can come to soften & strengthen, and to honour our bodies.
Classes are a nourishing blend of guided Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, punctuated with Meditation and Breathwork, a distillation of the gentle practices which strengthen our connection to inner peace, supporting us in the release of anxious feelings and patterns of negative thinking, soothing body pain caused by constricted and stiff muscles and joints and inviting Harmony into body & mind..
Everybody is welcome, at any level, these classes can be modified to suit you.
We find power in pause and strength in stillness
The classes will run on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Mornings, from 10-11am.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your class, you can request a recording to be sent to you, which be available for 7 days, so that you can catch up at your leisure.
This will be a monthly pass, with 3 options.
access 1 class per week - £33.33 per month. (choose from any day).
access 2 classes per week - £44.44 per month (choose from any day)
access all 3 weekly classes - £55.55 per month.
