CACAO & CRYSTAL FREQUENCIES

Join me for an evening to completely unwind, to unfurl gently into the inner landscapes.

You will be welcomed into a beautifully tranquil candle lit space, and invited to get cosy comfortable with cushions and blankets.
​
We will begin our evening by drinking a cup of ceremonial grade cacao, which I will brew with love, intention and pure rose.
We will move softly through ceremony, before laying down and getting super snuggly to be guided through meditation and to receive the exquisite and healing frequencies of sound bathing.
The environment will be incredibly welcoming, an ambient, low light, almost womb like space.

From the moment you arrive, the experience will be soft and sensory, gentle music will fill your ears and the calming scent of aromatherapy will fill the room.
So that beautiful nervous system can begin to unwind from the very minute you walk through the door.

You'll have nothing to do but be gently guided through 2 hours of softness.
