Back by popular demand - the Cosmic candlelit sessions.

Each a deeply relaxing, immersive evening of sensory delight, as you are welcomed into a warm and cosy studio, twinkling with candlelight and projected lights, soft soothing music and soft aromatherapy.

I have released 5 dates, each with only 12 spaces, to breathe some moments of sweet magic into the darker months.

what does a Cosmic candlelit evening session consist of?

We begin by landing softly with a carefully curated and deeply soothing nerving tonic, in form of a herbal & floral tea (my blue magic dream tea blend is well known in my community.

We then move into soft and gentle Yoga, followed with the exquisite moving meditation of Qigong.

Making our way onto the ground, we will take a purifying pranayama breath practice, before cosying down with blankets and cushions (feel free to bring your duvet) to receive the cosmic healing vibration of a sound bath. (crystal singing bowls, gong and more).

Clearing our energy and soothing our nervous systems with this distillation of gentle practices, these deeply restorative evenings are designed to lull you into the arms of profound relaxation.

Thursday 30/10/2025 - The Samhain Softening.

We gather at the threshold of Samhain, the Ancient Celtic new year, where we bid farewell to the summer and the last Harvest and welcome in the darker months of the year.

Now that winter is settling in more deeply, we gather to sprinkle magic into the dark.

with the Festive season well underway, we press pause and take a well needed breather from the busyness and return to nourish our nervous systems and return to rest.

We gather to welcome the new year and to set our energy for year ahead.

Thursday 1st Feb - whispers of change.

We gather at the threshold of Imbolc, where we begin to feel the stirrings of the Earth as she prepares to move softly towards Spring.
