One to one private Yoga tuition

Deepen, rekindle or begin a new practice in a 1:1 setting.

1:1 sessions mean that we can work with exactly what you need, and tweak and adjust in a way that is perfectly suitable for you

If you are new to Yoga and coming into a class setting feels overwhelming, then a 1:1 setting many be more suited to you.


These practices can be used as movement, meditation, breathwork or a mixture of all 3.

I can create a sequence for you, or we can work together to find what you need.



Single session - £65.00
Block of 4  - £240

first session will last around 90 minutes and will include time for consulting and discussion, time for physical movement & analysis and time for stillness (savasana & meditation)
