5 Element Flow
Learn Tai Chi flow and Qigong forms, in this soothing and harmonising self care system,
rooted in Daoist practices and principles.
With this graceful moving meditation, we ease tension, calming the mind and body, while simultaneously strengthening balance, joints, muscles tendons, mental clarity & focus.


Learn a simple Tai Chi Sequence
Each class will begin in soothing Breathwork, and meditative Qigong forms before learning our seasonal Tai Chi sequence

5 ELEMENT THEORY
We learn a new flow for each season, moving with the elements through the lens of Daoist 5 element theory, or 'Wu Xing' the 5 phases.
We sooth & strengthen Body, mind and spirit, while aligning with the rhythms of nature and the world around us.



CONNECT WITH YOUR INTERNAL ENERGY
FEEL BETTER, LIVE BETTER
Each season we will learn the basic principles of the relative 5 Element theory to better understand and support our practice.

Classes will be live-streamed and recorded, for those of you who are unable to make it in person or if you simply prefer self paced home learning.
Each participant will receive a recording of the class each week, which will be available for 7 days.
