Join me for a soft immersion into Yoga, combining Meditation, Breathwork, and this gentle but powerful movement system.
This programme will be suitable for all levels, absolute beginners welcome.

At the mid point of the week, we gather in the soft twinkling lights of the warm welcoming Studio, the 'Yoga Shala', on a Wednesday evening, with the intention to re-balance body & mind, and to regulate and soothe our nervous systems, setting us up to flow through the rest of our week with more ease, and you'll float home to a blissful nights sleep.
We carve out these moments of tranquility, building strength, fluidity and flexibility in both body and mind
I believe that the beautiful practice of Yoga should feel completely accessible and inclusive to all, never to feel exclusive or elite.
It's super important to me to create safe and loving spaces, free from judgement, a Sanctuary, a place where we can come to soften & strengthen, and to honour our bodies.
Classes are a nourishing blend of guided Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, a distillation of the gentle practices which strengthen our connection to inner peace, supporting us in the release of anxious feelings and negative thinking, soothing body pain caused by constricted and stiff muscles and joints and inviting in harmony.
Everybody is welcome, at any level, these classes can be modified to suit you.
Held in the most beautiful studio, a gorgeous converted barn set in stunning countryside.
As the nights draw in, we practice in warm soothing glow of lamps, candles and twinkling fairy-lit beams, with the added luxury of exquisite essential oils, and soul stirring ambient music.
This truly is the most inviting space, Mats, bolsters, blankets and bocks all supplied for you.
