Trilokah - the 3 realms.
We will begin our day in Cacao ceremony, a soft journey into restful meditation.
We will move our bodies with an energy clearing Yoga practice.
We will feast together on a delicious nutrient dense lunch,
And for the afternoon we will be in the deep rest of breath work, guided meditation & sound healing.
This day is intended to be a soothing balm for the nervous system 💕
