we will gather for a magical candlelit evening of ceremonial Cacao, meditation & the healing frequencies of Sound bathing.

You will be welcomed into a warm & cosy candlelit room, where soul soothing sounds will fill your ears and exquisite aroma will fill the air, so that you can begin to soften & relax from the very moment you arrive.

We will each be served a cup of ceremonial Cacao and I will guide us through a gentle ceremony to honour this gentle, loving plant medicine.

Once we have consumed the cacao, it’s time to get cosy, lay down, snuggle up in blankets  and be guided through meditation, before receiving the blissful healing frequencies of sound bathing.

Crystal singing bowls, wind gong and other sounds will lovingly reset your energy, softly oscillate your cells, shift density in the body and lull your nervous system into a profound state of relaxation.
