This is going to be very special indeed....

This journey has been calling to take form for a few years now, and a couple of weeks ago, it just burst into life, the time is right, and I am just delighted and excited to be bringing this offering to life...

​

A Return To Rest -

A gentle 12 Week Group Mentoring Journey

​

This group mentoring journey, is not so much ‘a course’ as it is a soft, gentle, experiential, and devotional soul dive.

A journey to deepen our awareness of the deeper layers to support deeper and more impactful meditation practice. 

​

An invitation to awaken the true essence of existence via a sweet and curious exploration into the deeper layers of consciousness. 

​

Sessions will be a blend of very gentle and experiential learning, containing teachings based in ancient yogic & Daoist philosophy alongside soft and soul soothing guided practices..

​

My intention for this journey is that those who take part will find a deepened awareness of the subtle energy of the self, with a renewed relationship to a devotion to the self in order to create for themselves a more impactful meditation practice.

​

For the practice of meditation not to feel unattainable, but a to be a familiar and loving ally.

A Return To Rest - A gentle 12 Week Group Mentoring Journey

Weekly sessions begin Tuesday 17th September at 7pm

Opening circle Friday 13th Sept 7pm

​

Weekly sessions held via zoom, recordings will be sent out each week within 24 hours and will be available for a further 3 months after the journey has ended.

​

​

The investment for this 3 month soul dive is £222.

(Payment plan available)

 

This will include:

​

  • Opening ceremony and attunement (live and recorded) 

  • 12 weekly sessions (live & recorded)

  • weekly meditation & contemplation prompts

  • weekly journal prompts

  • PDF sheets for topical learning reference

  • weekly movement practice recordings to support and compliment your journey (this will be gentle yoga, pranayama or qigong)

  • private WhatsApp group to act as a shared journal and sharing circle. (sharing is of course optional)
