6 Week Meditation Circle

The space beneath the noise

Starting Monday 21.02.22 - 5:00-6:00pm @Sunrise Studio - Potterspury.

Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra - 6 opportunities to connect in with inner peace.

6 x 60 minute sessions - A full hour to descend into deep profound relaxation.

Join me in the perfect ambience of the most welcoming space, for these moments of tranquility.

The Studio, a lovely converted barn set in gorgeous countryside, is a beautiful, cosy haven of peace & quiet, where I will have prepared the space for you, with Mats, Bolsters, & Blankets.

​

You will be welcomed by the exquisite scents of essential oils, and the sounds of soft ambient music, so from the very moment you arrive, your senses are soothed and the descent into tranquility begins.

These Sessions are such sweet interludes from the busyness of our everyday lives.

​

I will guide us gently through the session, all you need to do is relax and allow yourself to dissolve into calm, blissful serenity.

​

Carving out these moments for extended relaxation, and learning to consistently cultivate these states for yourself, is in my eyes one of the most important ways to improve our overall wellbeing.

In stillness our physical bodies can operate harmoniously, the nervous system regulates and the mind is allowed to rest and reset. 

​

Living in our wildly sensory, high velocity modern world, where we are bombarded constantly with the overstimulation of information and noise, it can be difficult for us to find the stillness, and clarity which our body, mind and soul, not only craves, but needs.

These sessions will serve as the gentlest antidote.

​

we come to these practices to take refuge in the stillness within, we access the inner pool of quiet tranquility and to learn that we can return to this space at any moment, when we consciously come to quietness.

​

This is the space in which we heal.

​

This is the space beneath the noise.
