Deeper Focus original:

The deeper focus options include weekly one to one sessions (ideally in person if you are local enough or otherwise over zoom), with weekly videos from me with homework exercises for your personal development, and a personalised 20-30 yoga class (created for your current focus requirements) for you to practice over the week in your own time.

Deeper Focus Tranquility:

includes all of the above, with the addition of a weekly recorded guided relaxation session (guided breath work & meditation)

​

Deeper Focus Gold:

includes everything from original and tranquility, with the addition of a 90 minute 1:1 luxury full radiance treatment every 13 weeks. (a blissful hands on treatment)
